We understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend a guaranteed reservation, please inform us at least 14 days prior to arrival for a 100% refund. If the cancellation happens with less than 14 days to arrival, 100% retention will be charged. Bookings between March-July are non-cancellable and 100% retention would be charged.
